About the role
Affinity is seeking an experienced, client-centered professional with Centerbase expertise to join our growing Mid-Market team. This specialized role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering strategic technology solutions, and guiding law firms through their Centerbase journey from implementation to ongoing optimization.
Depending on your strengths and career goals, you may contribute in one or more of the following ways:

Implementation Consultant: Lead Centerbase implementation projects, including configuration, training, and client management.

Solution Specialist: Partner with existing Centerbase clients to optimize their use of the platform through health checks, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.

Strategist: Serve as the client’s long-term strategic partner, mapping firm-wide processes, identifying transformation opportunities, and overseeing the full client journey across Centerbase, NetDocuments, and other integrated tools.
- Lead or support Centerbase implementations, including both front office (practice management, workflows) and back office (billing, accounting) components.
- Conduct health checks to assess client system usage, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to build and execute roadmaps for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Work with law firms to align technology solutions with their business goals and operational processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from administrative staff to firm leadership.
- Support cross-product initiatives involving NetDocuments, Tabs3/PracticeMaster, and other integrated solutions.
- Participate in internal team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning to stay up-to-date on legal tech trends and client needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Centerbase in a customer success, implementation, consulting, or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of both front office and back office workflows in Centerbase, including time, billing, and accounting functions desired.
- Familiarity with legal practice management processes and law firm operations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Experience with NetDocuments, Tabs3/PracticeMaster, or similar products is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to grow into a strategic advisory role supporting broader law firm transformation projects.
