Affinity Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Document Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing expert guidance, designing and implementing solutions, managing projects, and ensuring the success of our clients in utilizing NetDocuments. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, project management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What you would do, (unofficially).
You'll be at the forefront of transforming how our clients achieve their business goals and objectives. You’ll be responsible for leading client engagements through successful implementation of our Document Management solutions.
What you would do, (officially).
As a Document Management Consultant, you will engage with clients as the trusted advisor they turn to for innovative solutions. You will help craft customized strategies that align with their goals as you implement their NetDocuments Document Management system.
Your responsibilities.
Project Mastery
- Lead or support the implementation of document management solutions.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant and quality outcomes with continuous client engagement.
- Adhere to the project’s scope as defined in the SOW agreement, ensuring a clear understanding of contracted services.
Solution Discovery & Technical Design:
- Identify client pain points in their legacy document management process and workflows.
- Develop enhancements within the new Document Management System.
- Provide guidance to help transition data from the client’s legacy system to the new solution, involving data validation to confirm correct mapping.
Solution Demonstration, Approval, & Training
- Obtain client sign-off on the Document Management Design Solution by demonstrating its viability via a “proof of concept” system presented to project stakeholders.
- Secure client approval on data mapping before migration.
- Gather feedback for adjustments and enhancements.
- Provide training for all clients and admin users, either remotely or on-site in a manner that ensures the highest user adoption rates.
Technical Expertise
- As a NetDocuments wizard you’ll understand what goes on behind the curtains of the platform.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
Mentorship and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
Client Success Stories
- Be the storyteller of successful project outcomes.
- Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
What we’re looking for.
We hire talented people based on a track record of accomplishments, intellectual curiosity, and alignment with our Core Values. We’re looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience with deploying, supporting or administering Document Management Systems or commensurate solutions or systems (NetDocuments experience would be a real plus).
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator with leadership experience and a strong IT background. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience. This comprehensive package is designed to reward expertise and incentivize performance, aligning with our commitment to recognize and support our team's growth and success.
We’re 100% remote so we expect you to have reliable internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and the ability to travel to meetings/conferences typically 5-7 times a year. This is a full-time position. We work 8:30-5 ET, M-F (w/ flexibility). This is a full-time position.
