Are you our next ENTERPRISE BUSINESS ANALYST?
You’ve worked inside or alongside law firms or legal departments. You’ve juggled deadlines, managed complex implementations, and lived the reality of disconnected systems and inefficient workflows. You’ve spent real time in iManage and know your way around—enough to help others use it better, too.
You’re not just organized—you’re a systems thinker. You ask the questions others skip, connect the dots others miss, and bring structure to complexity. Now, you want to help law firms do the same.
At Affinity Consulting, we’re hiring a client-facing Enterprise Business Analyst to help legal teams navigate big projects with clarity, confidence, and measurable results. From document management rollouts to workflow design and change management, you’ll guide clients through it all—and ensure nothing gets dropped along the way.
This isn’t a back-office coordinator role. It’s a front-line, client-facing, relationship-building role for someone who loves solving problems, managing moving pieces, and seeing projects through from kickoff to completion.
This is a rare opportunity to:
- Be the calm in the chaos for law firms tackling system change
- Help teams adopt new tools and processes with confidence
- Combine technical skill, legal insight, and operational strategy
- Join a team of smart, kind humans doing meaningful work
If you thrive in both the big picture and the details—and want your work to make a real impact—this could be your next big move.
What we do.
At Affinity Consulting Group, we offer digital and business transformations to law firms and legal departments. We are their trusted advisers and work with them to build business strategies, create better teams and processes, and implement technology to run a healthy business.
What you would do, (unofficially).
You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution. You’ll define and deliver what success looks like for our clients—translating their goals into clear requirements, intuitive workflows, and practical project plans. You’ll zoom out to see the big picture, zoom in to map the details, and keep everything moving forward without losing sight of either. You’ll ask sharp questions, spot risks early, and work with both our internal team and the client to make sure we’re solving the right problems in the right way. This is a role for someone who thrives in the space between “What are we trying to do?” and “How are we going to get it done?”
What you would do, (officially).
As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you’ll lead and execute legal technology implementations—translating client needs into actionable plans, intuitive workflows, and organized projects. You’ll uncover operational challenges, propose thoughtful solutions, and drive the details that make those solutions work. You’ll take ownership of project timelines, communication, and client coordination—ensuring that each engagement is aligned, well-managed, and delivered with clarity and impact. Internally, you’ll collaborate with consultants, developers, and vendor partners to keep work moving and results consistent. Your job is to connect vision to action—bridging strategy and execution so every implementation is delivered smoothly, on time, and with measurable impact.
Your responsibilities.
Client Discovery & Strategy
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand goals, frustrations, and current systems
- Map workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Build trusted relationships with firm leaders and staff by showing empathy, clarity, and technical expertise

Implementation & Change Management
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, migration, and go-live activities
- Ensure clients are trained, supported, and ready for adoption
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success
Post-Go-Live Support
- Lead wrap-up, retrospectives, and lessons learned
- Transition clients into long-term support relationships
Your first 90 days.
You’ll hit the ground running by shadowing client engagements and learning our project tools and templates. You’ll support planning, discovery, and execution for iManage and NetDocuments projects while deepening your familiarity with our implementation model. You’ll start owning your own projects, building client relationships, and helping us fine-tune our internal playbook.
What we’re looking for.
We’re looking for someone with a rare combination of legal know-how, tech fluency, and project management instincts. You’ve worked inside or with law firms or legal departments, and you’ve used iManage extensively (at least 1–2 years). You're confident in front of clients, calm under pressure, and deeply organized. You know how to take ownership, build trust, and make things happen.
Bonus points if you bring:
- Familiarity with NetDocuments or other legal DMS platforms
- Experience Teamwork or other project management software tools
- Change management experience or training delivery background
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts
You’re Our Person If You:

- Can translate complexity into clarity—for yourself and others
- Are excited by process, systems, structure, and client impact
- Want to grow in a remote, collaborative, values-driven environment
